Matt regularly represents financial institutions facing regulatory proceedings and government investigations by federal and state administrative agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and state attorneys general.
